Description: The American Center for Learning is a
full service educational center. We offer diagnostic assessments
and skill-building programs in reading, writing, math, algebra,
and English as a second language. Our curriculum is unique and
has been proven effective for over two decades. We keep our
student to teacher ratio at either one or two students to each
teacher. This provides the student with direct instruction from
the teacher and immediate reinforcement of skill needs. In
addition to the basic academic programs, we also offer tutorial
programs or workshops for Spanish, Geometry, Calculus, Biology,
Physics, SAT Prep, HSPT, ISEE and other test-taking needs.
Our experienced teachers provide a caring and motivating
environment in which we encourage students to reach their
highest academic potential.
